We process this User Content to provide the requested Services (for example, to transform your photo into an artwork style). This processing may be performed using Google Cloud services, including Firebase and Cloud Storage, and generative AI capabilities (e.g., Gemini) acting as our service providers/processors.

  • Purpose: to generate the artwork you request, store and deliver the resulting files, provide customer support, and help maintain the security and integrity of our Services.
  • What we do not do: we do not use your uploaded photos to identify you (e.g., for facial recognition) and we do not sell your uploaded photos.
  • Where it may be processed: your User Content may be processed and stored on cloud infrastructure outside your state or country, subject to the transfer terms described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

3) Purposes for Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including: providing and improving the Services; processing payments and fulfilling orders; operating the live editor; generating artworks from uploaded photos; customer support; security and fraud prevention; marketing and advertising (if enabled); and legal compliance.
